About Me
The process by which one ages is complex and requires patience, planning and possibility. We all age focused on different goals and with different expectations. I have had the opportunity with both of my parents, and now with my mother-in-law, to understand and appreciate all that is required to be a caregiver for a loved one. Both my parents endured significant end of life declines involving numerous ailments and I became an integral part of facilitating selection of homecare services, assisted living communities and oversight of care giving services as their advocate. The experience has had a significant impact on me and one that has positively altered my professional career as I now help families navigate the aging life care process. The experience continues to teach me patience, empathy, gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to support families with their important life decisions.

Senior Living Solutions
The decision to "age with others" and select the most suitable senior living community is a comprehensive one. We work closely with families in considering current resources including: trends, metrics, databases, quality care measures, pricing, references, site visits, interviews, lease agreements, care assessments and more to identify the most appropriate community which meet your specific needs.
Aging in Place Solutions
The decision to "age in place" or in your home requires an in depth assessment of
current living conditions including: safety, security, care provider assistance offerings, pricing/contract reviews, interviewing, medication management oversight, alert systems, communications, technology offerings and more providing families with the peace of mind that their loved ones have the very best plan in place.
Patient Advocacy
The need to involve assistance with navigating the aging life care process
may help with understanding how best to assess one's medical needs. We help families and their loved ones navigate the healthcare system including communicating with doctors, finding legal help, working with insurance companies and providing support with transportation and transitioning to home post discharge care.

30 plus years working in healthcare financial management in various senior business development roles with hospitals, physicians, HMO's, and Healthcare IT successfully achieving revenue for privately held mid-size companies.
Current
Working closely with families providing aging life care services. Acting as an advisory liaison
assisting families with in-depth selection process for aging life care services including: transportation, appointment scheduling, medication management, caregiver selection, assisted living interviewing and selection, acting as a resource for consultation with providers, therapists, physicians, air travel, local and regional transportation.
